Spirit of the Wild Retreat Booking Terms & Policies

Thank you for considering Spirit of the Wild Retreat for Hosting your retreat. To secure your booking and ensure a smooth experience, please review the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment Terms

50% Deposit: To confirm a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total retreat cost is required at the time of reservation.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than one month (30 days) before the scheduled arrival date.

2. Advance Bookings (6 Months or More Before Arrival)

Non-Refundable Token Deposit: For bookings made 6 months or more in advance, a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 USD is required to secure the reservation.
Further Deposit: 50% of the total retreat cost (minus the $1,000 deposit) should be paid three months before the arrival date.

3. General Booking Terms and Conditions

Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival will incur a 25% cancellation fee on the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 90 days before arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the total booking amount.
- Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in a full charge, with no refund provided.
Changes to Reservations: Requests to modify reservation dates are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Changes requested within 30 days of the arrival date cannot be guaranteed.
No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notification will be considered a no-show, and the full booking amount will be charged.
Early Departures: Guests who leave before their scheduled departure date will not be eligible for refunds.
Insurance: It is highly recommended that guests obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies.
Liability: Spirit of the Wild Retreat is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during your stay. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Force Majeure: In case of unexpected events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, Spirit of the Wild Retreat reserves the right to adjust or cancel bookings as needed.
